Agile DUS Restart: Agile Principles Meet Agentic Development

Dear Agile practitioners,

we want to restart the Agile DUS group. The world of software development is undergoing a massive change. So far the biggest change was from punch cards to keyboard or from assembler to high-level programming languages. Over the last few months the use of AI agents in software development is increasing - and this will impact, how we work as humans, within a team or how we structure and grow software development organisations. So: We need to talk!

We left the name of the group as Agile DUS, because the principles of Agile still exist - but they are amplified by AI agents. In this first event we want to explore the space of agentic software development and how it affects ways of working. In the first part of this event we aim for an inspiring practitioner talk about experiences from real-world project. The second part will be a discussion to explore and collect interesting topics for further events within this group.
