Discovering the "We" - how to support self-organization with system coaching

Self-organization means moving the focus from "I" to "We", from the individual to the system of relationships between them. In this workshop we are inspired by ideas from Organisation and Relationship System Coaching (ORSC(TM). Everybody is a "Voice of the System". The coach / Scrum Master reveals the system to itself in order to initiate learning and self-regulation.
