#### Session 1: Hyground: A Multi-Agentic Approach to Incident Management
Speakers: Tim Chen and Alfred Nguyen at MaibornWolff
Hyground is a multi-agentic platform designed to improve IT operations and incident management. Our project leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze incidents and employs a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline to compare incidents against a documentation database and historical data. This approach allows agents to propose effective solutions and even automate actions for incident resolution.
In this talk, we'll provide an overview of our system architecture, highlighting the key components and their functions:
- The multi-agentic system architecture
- Integration of the RAG pipeline for enhanced incident analysis
- Mechanisms for automatic incident resolution
We'll also discuss the challenges encountered during the development of Hyground in agent orchestration, and share insights on our plans for achieving end-to-end automation.
To illustrate the capabilities of Hyground, we'll showcase the platform in action.
Finally, we are open for a Q&A session, encouraging attendees to engage in discussions about the technology and its potential applications.
