Blockchain is a revolutionary technology that has to potential to make big changes in business and bring a lot of good to the world, but many people struggle to understand it. Can it have a social impact? Join us as we pull apart the different concepts and look closely at what's behind blockchain and the real difference it can make.

February's Special Guests - David Doepel and Nadja Benes!!!

David Doepel is the Chair of the Africa Research Group at Murdoch University, and is planning a conference called Blockchain for Africa later this summer. He is the Managing Director of Demand Film, an international theatrical film distribution company that is adopting blockchain to manage ticket sales and rights.

After spending the last two years helping to grow early to mid-stage startups in San Francisco, Nadja moved to Berlin early 2017 looking for opportunities to drive the evolution of decentralized applications built on Ethereum—a way to create efficiency, equality, and opportunity for all. With a deep passion for brand communication and storytelling, she now is responsible for Brand & Content Strategy at Gnosis. A big thank you to Impact Hub Berlin for providing the event space.
