This event brought to you by APX and Facebook, celebrates the launch of our program for C-level leaders in tech startups. Our aim is to increase the number of founders from gender minorities and diverse teams that will eventually be selected to participate in the program and increase their professional and personal network and skillset.

Developer Advocate and Community Builder
Natalie Pistunovich is a learner, a Google Developer Expert for Go, a public speaker, and a sailor. When she's not working on robust systems with Aerospike, she is organizing the GopherCon Europe and Cloud Nein conferences, and the Berlin chapters of the Go and Women Techmakers user groups.
Dr. Gesa (Pelzer) Miczaika

Gesa is one of the founders of Auxxo Beteiligungen, an investor focusing on female founders and women’s' decision making power. She is a growth expert with an in-depth startup and consulting experience and was the first employee at Blacklane, helping the company scale globally. Gesa studied Business Administration and holds a Ph.D. in Economics.

Melanie is an expert in early-stage venture capital investment, having worked indifferent investment and finance-related positions within the Axel Springer group for the last 10 years. Together with her teams, she manages the portfolio of both AS Plug and Play and APX, consisting of over 150 companies. Via a wealth of personal experience in highly competitive fields of work, she is especially passionate about supporting women in business.
