Bodensee: Reichenau Island (24.05.2026)

Hello All!

This Sunday 24th May 2026 we are planning to go on a day trip to the Bodensee! Reichenau Island is the largest island on Lake Constance (Bodensee) and a UNESCO World Heritage site in its own right. There are several interesting places to explore - such as the Benedictine Monastery, the Reichenau Museum as well as several other historic sites. The goal is to explore the island as much as possible on foot, but if there is time and interest, and bikes to rent, we could also do a small bike ride as well!

When: Sunday 24th May 2026
Start Time: Meet at 9:00AM at Stuttgart HBF to take the 09:17 train
End Time: Take the 17:36 Bus from Reichenau Island and arrive back in Stuttgart by 20:43
