Phifer was an unwavering advocate for community service & empowerment.leading numerous initiatives that focused on education, mentorship, & cultural awareness. Her impact on our community will continue to inspire us all. Special tribute performance by award winning local jazz artist, Paula Hart, The Houston Tillotson Jazz combo& special art exhibition by Carver ambassadors & storytelling.
