Designing an Effective Mobile Automation Strategy

About the Talk:
Mobile test automation is challenging. There is a greater danger of test flakiness than we find with web automation, and decisions need to be made about devices to test and tools to use. Because of this, it's important to design an effective automation strategy before embarking on an automation project in order to avoid wasting valuable time and resources. In this presentation, I'll discuss the key factors that teams should consider when designing a mobile automation strategy, from who should be involved to how the tests should run.
