Let's come together for our first "Automotive Software Development Meetup" in Stuttgart. We are planning for 2 sessions on that evening.

Discussion of the day: Rust going automotive

In the past months the programming language Rust has been a trending topic in the automotive world. Michael Fait will give us an introduction into the topic and a look at the current state. After this we would like to have a discussion about the benefits, the blockers and the predicted timeline of Rust in automotive industry.

Session 2: Automotive Control Plane

Christian Fraas from Microsoft will give a session about the Automotive Control Plane.

After the sessions we will provide food and drinks and invite you for networking and reaching out to both Thoughtworkers and automotive SW professionals in the Stuttgart region.

The meetup will start at 18:30, we will start the first session at 19:00. Guests are welcome, please RSVP to that we can order food accordingly.

Our presentations will be in English. We kindly ask the participants to speak English during the discussions to be more inclusive.
