Out there, there are many frameworks as the business model canvas or the value proposition to find out what the customer needs and which key features can be sold to the customer with success. But how to sell a cloud backend for complicated cryptographic operations (which is under development) and which can hardly be described and is further a B2B2C- and not a classical B2C product?

This was the beginning of our digital key product journey at doubleSlash. Each of the automotive backends of the leading OEMs look quite different, how to set a scope for such a product? One of the key aspects beside many was to make a deep dive into the IT-architecture with the customers. This meetup intends to provide a public space for making a deep dive into the topic and shall show best practices.

To kick it off we will invite thought leaders from companies we work with to share their ideas and perspectives. Following-up everyone is invited to contribute to the events.

**Bio**
Markus Beller has been working internationally as a Senior IT Consultant in the field of Connected Mobility for over 10 years. In a wide variety of customer projects at BMW, Porsche and ZF, he has become familiar with the numerous challenges of the industry. For over a year, Markus Beller has also been the product manager for the Digital Key product at doubleSlash.

Daniel Jenner joined doubleSlash in 2021 as a Sales Consultant. He advises customers from the public sector and the field of connected mobility. Since 2022, he is responsible for the Digital Key product from a sales perspective.
