AWE Nite Berlin #3: The latest AR projects

Dear AWEngers,

AWE Nites and Meshicon Software presents another series of exceptional companies presenting their latest AR tech!
We gather at Metronom, the tech unit of METRO.

Lineup:

1. Julian Weiss, Founder and CEO of Headraft, will talk about their successful AR music video they produced for the german hip-hop band ‘Die Fantastischen Vier' called “Tunnel AR” (smartphone).

Headraft (www.headraft.com) is an immersive agency that advises clients on XR and directly designs and produces creative Augmented and Virtual Reality solutions.

2. Philip Hausmeier, COO of Meshicon Software, will present a new tool for industrial assembly lines they developed for the Mittelstand 4.0 Kompetenzzentrum Cottbus (HoloLens).

Meshicon Software (www.meshicon.com) provides holographic interfaces for the industry 4.0.

3. Tim Deussen, CEO of Tim-Deussen, will talk about some of the challenges that they meet during the journey to realize their current AR App and the "play field" they use to advance their knowledge and skills in AR." (smartphone)

Tim Deussen (www.tim-deussen.de) develops the apps and contend they need to take the leap from printed materials to AR enhanced campaigns.

4. Fabian Quosdorf and Robert Meyer from the Kiveda Group Innovation Lab, will present their end-to-end AR solution “kiveda.rooms”. A customer focused skitchen tool for fitted kitchens. (HoloLens and iPad).

Kiveda Group and their brand küchenquelle (www.kuechenquelle.de) are the leading multi-channel platform for fitted kitchens in Germany.

5. Piotr Mezyk, VP of Product at Nomtek, will talk about the most important tech and business components that change the game in AR (Magic Leap).

Nomtek (www.nomtek.com) design and develop digital products since the second iPhone and if there is one thing that they are obsessed about it's no-bullshit innovation.

Each talk will last 15 minutes. After the talks, enjoy network with your peers.

Plus we will have a great DJ mixing in VR during the networking period: Double Plus is a DJ and producer based in Berlin, and the developer of Vinyl Reality, the first professional DJ application build for VR.
