No words need to be spoken. Enter event ready to receive. Sit in the sounds, as the metal singing bowls ring out their unique vibrations.

Cozy up in a blanket with a cup of hot steaming tea, as you relax and receive.

Event will be begin with chimes creating a crystalline, relaxing sound that calms the nervous system. The multiple toned bowls will then be played for approximately 30 mins. Event will close with a few minutes of silence to integrate experience. You are encouraged to rest in a meditative state for as long as you like.
