Leadership in Tech.

"Leadership in Tech" is bringing tech leaders from all over the world to discuss
all the challenges about being a tech leader in this era.

The foundation of the tech team, the bedrock, is the people who manage their resources internally and champion the team externally.

A lot of focus is on the technology part, but we want to focus on the non-technology parts of managing a tech team. Our aim is to have meetups once a month, on the second Tuesday of the month, where we through conversation go into topics with one tech leader. The aim is to be broad in terms of the industries and topics we cover.

Some topics that seem natural to cover: Recruiting talent, enabling talent, being the interface to the rest of the company, philosophies around involving the team in non-tech issues, software development, remote working, etc..
