### ✦ WHAT IS Cleansing x-dance ✦

This is a special 5Rhythms Dance. It is an intentional space for each and every one of us to cleanse and release through the dance.

No previous 5Rhythms or other experience is required.

Although the 5Rhythms naturally includes an opportunity to release through the dance, there is something special and powerful about an intentional offering to ourselves to cleanse. Whether you’re aware of what you’d like to let go of, or are curious to just let it all unfold through the dance – join us!

To support this theme, we’ll include a little something special / different as part of our dance together.

You are invited (of course, not required) to bring an object with you to place on an installation that you either want to release or cleanse or an object that represents what you want to let in as a result of releasing.
Please arrive on time for this special dance.
