This is a special 5Rhythms Dance. It is an intentional space for each and every one of us to open up to the possibilities and magic that the "new year" might have to offer us through the dance.

No previous 5Rhythms or other experience is required.

As the year draws to a close, we will honor all that has come to pass and welcome the unknown of new beginnings – the magical space of intentional co-creation in the empty space.

These are the open ended, curious questions we will take into the 5Rhythms map, exploring life’s 5 essential energies.

To support this theme, we’ll include a little something special / different as part of our dance together.

You are invited (of course, not required) to bring an object with you to place on an installation to evoke magic and/or abundance into 2026!
