### Great ideas often fail not because of the concept, but because the founding team doesn’t fit. Finding someone who shares your ambition, complements your skills, and is ready to build something meaningful is harder than it sounds.
This event brings together founders with startup ideas and talented people looking to join a startup in a structured, data-driven matching format.
Organized by SIBB –Digital Association Berlin-Brandenburg, this evening combines curated co-founder matching sessions with open networking. The matching process is supported by TribeSquare, which helps identify the most relevant connections before the event.
During the event you will also learn about the SIBB Incubator, a startup programme supporting early-stage founders building solutions in Cybersecurity and Trustworthy AI.
The evening will be moderated by Mario Liebrenz (SIBB).

- The event is part of CIC Venture Café at the 5th floor, and an additional brief registration on-site is required.
- Entry is only possible until 19:00, as the structured matching sessions begin shortly afterward.

1️⃣ Register on Eventbrite and select the ticket category that best fits your role.
2️⃣ After registration, you will receive a short matching questionnaire (powered by TribeSquare) via email in your ticket confimation. Your response is important to identify the most relevant connections for you.
3️⃣ Based on your answers, you will receive personalized matches at the event.
4️⃣ During the event, you will meet your matches in short **one-on-one sessions,**followed by open networking with all participants.
