• 19:10 - Optimize Kubernetes costs while boosting your performance - Laurent Gil, Co-Founder and CPO, CAST AI. On average, 37% of the computing power for cloud-based applications goes unused, and managing costs with Kubernetes can be tough. In this talk, Laurent will outline actionable steps that teams can employ to reduce waste and enhance performance, emphasizing the crucial role of automation.

• 20:30 - How FinOps in business as usual saved us 30% of our environment costs - Chris Reidy, FinOps Consultant, Liquid Reply. On average, 30% of cloud investment is waste. In this talk Chris will share his experience with how considering cost saving opportunities during routine tasks helped reduce costs by around 35% without meaningful operational overhead or increase in work load for the DevOps teams.
