Südafrika gehört zu unseren absolut liebsten Genuss- und Weinregionen! Kulinarik wird gerade in der Kapregion großgeschrieben, Kapstadt gilt als einer der Top-Gastro-Spots der Welt! Und auch die Weine aus Südafrika sind absolute Spitzenklasse. Wir haben im letzten Jahr auch einige äußerst spannende Neuzugänge im Keller verzeichnet, die jetzt unbedingt unters Volk gebracht werden müssen! Wir bringen auf jeden Fall die südafrikanische Sonne ins Glas und auf den Teller! Und vielleicht gibt es auch was vom Grill...

Dine & Wine: Sometimes the three courses of the "regular" event are not enough to show typical cuisine of the topic. Or Kerstin has many ideas to show. E.g. the aspargus-Events in May or the truffles-Events are examples, where we need more than 3 courses. Normally the Wine & Dine-events focus on the Food, not on the wine, so we limit the amount of wines to 8. We start at 7.30 p.m. and some times the guests stay until 2 am at the next day.
