Welcome to Berlin Outdoor Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Bath!

Start your weekend with a free outdoor morning practice designed to help you move, breathe, and reconnect.

We’ll begin with a brief introduction and grounding exercise before exploring Pranayama (yogic breathwork), using the power of the breath to awaken the body, calm the mind, and prepare for movement.

From there, we’ll flow through a beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga practice suitable for all levels, with modifications offered throughout. We’ll conclude with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation accompanied by a soothing sound bath, leaving you refreshed, centered, and ready for the weekend ahead.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice in a welcoming community setting, you’re warmly invited to join.

Please bring:
• A yoga mat or large towel
• Water
• Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
