"Hack the process and be a good leader" by Vane Georgiev, Engineering lead @Onefootball

Abstract: I would like to take you on a little journey and share with you my personal leadership experience about “hacking” the boring work process.

Bio: Macedonian guy who is proud to say “Ich bin ein Berliner!” Last 5 years playing on various teams as Windows, Android and recently as Engineering lead at Onefootball. Together with my team, we are making Onefootball the ultimate platform for football fans all around the globe.
