Join a short and energizing group jump rope session designed for all levels. This is a simple, structured workout where we jump together
We will follow an interval format:
jump → rest → jump → rest, with gradually increasing durations.
The session lasts approximately 25–30 minutes and focuses on rhythm, consistency, and having a good time moving together.
No complicated choreography – just a straightforward, effective cardio workout in a supportive group setting.
