🌟**Welcome to the Berlin Neurodivergent Community.**🧠
🌈 This is a Neurodivergent community created by Neurodivergent people in Berlin. We welcome individuals who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, OCD, Sensory Processing Sensitivity/HSP, Tourettes, Intellectual Disabilities, Auditory Processing, Down Syndrome, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and so on), whether clinically diagnosed or self-identifying.
🤝Our gatherings focus on making friends, having fun, and together creating activities that can be empowering. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated. 🤗
🤝 This community is fully run by neurodivergent volunteers who dedicate their time, energy, and resources to make it happen. Please be kind, share the space mindfully, and take accountability for your actions. We are all neurodivergent individuals with diverse backgrounds, unique experiences, different journeys in knowledge, and various intersectional challenges.🌌

🌿 About the Event
A relaxed yoga session for neurodivergent folks, facilitated by Selin—a neurodivergent individual currently training to become a certified yoga instructor.The yoga session will take around 30 minutes and afterwards we will have a sharing circle. The positions are suited for beginners, with little or no experience with yoga, and there will be many alternatives in order to make the sequence more accessible.
This is a guided but flexible practice—participate at your own pace, take breaks, stim, or just enjoy the calm space.🧭 Structure

• Meeting up, setting the space (mats, etc) and clarifications before the session.
• Fidget toys available
• No pressure to socialize—come as you are!
🧘♀️Gentle Guided Yoga
• Stretching and warm-up
• Yoga positions guided with verbal cues + visual demos
• Noise-canceling headphones welcome
🧘♀️Peer Sharing & Wind-Down
• Cool down, mindful breathing and stretching
• We make a circle and chat, share tips, or simply relax in the park🧡 How You Can Help (Volunteers & Participants)
