Yes, there are 3 dips happening at the same time around Berlin. There are 3 of us, organising and hosting these events.
Every Saturday we will take a dip into the ice cold waters around Berlin. There will be a brief intro to Ice Dipping, how to prepare and what to keep in mind at the beginning of every dip (10:05). I'll bring a big thermos of tea but please bring your own cup.
We take donations for the homeless and forward them 100% directly to the Kältebus Berlin.

What to bring - A towel, swimwear, hot tea and something water proof to sit on (yoga mat or big sturdy plastic bag).
Who can join - Everybody
Why? - Because you can!
