Photo Shoot Project: "Strangers from Other Universes"
đ Location: Grunewald (Berlin)
đ Date & Time: 16.08.2025; 08:00 â 15:30
Weâre organizing a creative outdoor photo shoot in the unique setting of the Grunewald, where you can shoot in different setting, forest or sand.The concept: up to 8 models as striking, otherworldly characters â Greek goddesses, comic book heroes, and more â exploring Earth for the first time. Costumes and characters will be self-designed by the models.
Participants:
⢠Up to 20 photographers, divided into 3â4 rotating groups.
⢠8 models.
⢠No smartphone photography!
⢠Participants must have at least basic experience working with models and camerasGear:
Bring your own camera, plus additional lighting tools (flash, constant light, reflectors, etc.). We want to explore creative lighting solutions and visual storytelling.Before the Shoot:
- We'll discuss the concept and divide into groups.
- You'll receive reference images of the models in costume and shooting locations via our Discord chat.
- Everyone is encouraged to prepare their own mini-concept or style idea for the shoot.
- Bring water and snacks. There are no nearby cafes or toilets.
- Break after ~2-3 hours of shooting.
- Nearest WC is a 20-minute walk.
- Shooting resumes after the break.
Rotation Plan:

- we will devide the photographers into 2 groups: the 8 models will also be devided into two groups
- Each group of photographers goes to one location and gets 4 models, splits into:
- 2 smaller sub-groups (2â3 photographers + 2 models each): Group A (=F1+F2) Group B (=F3+F4+(F5))
- 4 rounds of 30 minutes:

### đš After the Break (~12:00â13:00)
- Models switch locations
- Photographers choose to either:
- Stay and shoot new models, or
- Move with the same models to the new location
- Same 4x30 min rotation structure as before
After the Shoot:
