Berlin Travel Community: Street Food Thursday

"The best way to get to know a place is through its food – a principle that applies around the world. When travelling, the delicacies that are offered for immediate consumption on the street are always particularly interesting: street food.

And every Thursday evening, our favorite food hall - Markthalle Neun - shows that Berlin has more to offer than just currywurst and kebabs. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. it becomes a platform for all those who, without their own restaurant and large start-up capital, but with all the more creativity, are devoting themselves to their passion: cooking!"

Join us for our February meetup to sample some delicious food and drink! We'll gather just inside the entrance on Eisenbahnstraße at 7pm before exploring the market to pick from many food and drink options. Food options may include things like Thai dumplings, Brazilian tapioca flatbreads, Mexican tacos, Allgäu cheese spaetzle, Peruvian ceviche, Nigerian fufu, American barbecue, Portuguese pastries, Korean buns and much more! We'll do our best to grab a table to eat, drink, and talk travel but keep in mind the market is often busy and we may end up standing :)
