Learn Indian cooking with Aastha
On the second episode of experimental cooking with an idea to help you indulge in different cuisines and cultures. In this series, we learn and cook together!
We move towards South Indian cuisine, where you'll learn how to make a few basic dishes. They'll be vegan/vegetarian
⚠️ Please be on time, if you would like to cook together! (We start at 12:30 with preparations)
Dishes:
- Masala Idli with Coconut Chutney
- Baingan ka barta (Roasted eggplant)
- Dal (Lentils)
- Rice
Allergies
Please inform us if you have any allergies. The food contains gluten, dairy products, and a mix of spices.

Cooking equipment & ingredients: Organized by organizer.
Additional Notes:
- I'm offering my private kitchen for cooking so I would like you all to be respectful to the space.
- I can only host a small group of 5 people because of space limitations.
- We'll be having a floor sitting plan (no furniture) so we hope you are okay with that
- You can join if you have no cooking experience and would like to learn.
- If you can't join, please update RSVPs to give other people a chance.
- Please bring your own box in case there are leftovers
