Details

It is again the time of year for the Berlin International Literature Festival, with a huge array of literary events going on all over town. There's readings from authors famous and obscure; discussions on topics from translation, podcasting, and any -ism you can think of in books.
Top billing is Werner Herzog

And Salman Rushdie (w Daniel Kehlmann)

There's even going to be a paperback swap! (I'll post as a separate event)
And the annual graphic novel day is fun. (Also will post separately)
Just scrolling through the events list is inspiring and a little overwhelming.

Almost all of the events are paid and ticketed fyi.
Out of the events marked English, here are a couple that especially caught my eye at least
Jeffrey Eugenides: The Art of Writing

Adam Thirlwell: The Future Future - a talk with Daniel Kehlmann
