Veeva Link - Data Science Team: During the meeting, Jonathan Eschbach will describe our journey to performing Named Entity Recognition (NER) in Clinical Trial documents. We perform NER in raw texts explaining clinical trial protocols. We focus on patient critera to create structured inclusion/exclusion critera and hence being able to compare different protocols and improve the planning for future clinical trials.
