Summter See: 15 km hike, with swimming opportunity

Sunday promises to be a hot and sunny day. Accordingly, my hike will be a bit shorter than usual, and we will walk through the forest most of the time. We will also take a break of at least one hour at the lake to swim or just to relax on the beach.

How to get there

• Take the S8 to S Mühlenbeck-Mönchmühle, arrival 13:21. This is where the hike will start. The meeting point is on the platform.
• The hike will end in Schönwalde, from where we will take a train back to Berlin. The end time in the description is just an estimation.

• Swimming equipment
• Something to eat and drink
• A valid ticket (recommendation: Deutschlandticket)
• Sun and/or rain protection
