Breathing in the Park - Atmen im Park is back. This offer from qualified Berlin breath therapists is happening from 21st July to 11th August on Sunday mornings 11am - 12pmSunday in three parks in Berlin, in Schöneberg, Zehlendorf and Pankow.
Dates: 21.7., 28.7., 4.8. & 11.8 2024

The sessions will incorporate various breath & movement exercises and education about breathing.
You can find me in Bürgerpark, Pankow.
