Liftoff is a two-day event that brings the team and leadership together to co-create purpose, alignment and clarity. It was originally codified by Diana Larsen and Ainsley Nies to start and sustain agile teams in the best possible way. A kind of bootstrapping of the team-building and strategy all in one.

In reality, many of us agile practitioners actually inherit existing teams, ARTs or tribes - often struggling or lacking momentum. Whilst Liftoff was designed to launch teams, resetting teams is more often our use case!
