Join our speakers: Alison Forrest, Executive Coach and Founder of Moxie Boss Coaching & Consulting has over 17 years corporate experience where she has held CFO, SVP roles in investment banks & in the last years followed her passion and is now a successful executive coach. Alison is also the Board President of the Professional Women Network in Frankfurt.

Jessie Lim, Director of Guest Experience and Sustainability, Pullman Singapore Orchard hotel has over 20 years of experience. Her career has been marked by impactful roles and a deep commitment to sustainability. Our speakers will share their personal career transition experiences such as Jessie’s transition into sustainability and ESG roles through upskilling with Singapore Management University; how she created the Director of Sustainability role at Fairmont Singapore and also her perspectives on the evolving role of women in leadership. Alison will share her career journey from a senior leader and executive in investment banking to her passion in Executive Coaching.
