Chitta Self-Leadership Lab
Details
On the outside, life looks functional. On the inside, something feels off. You work hard, stay responsible, and keep going, yet decisions feel heavy and motivation unreliable. Much of your energy goes into managing pressure, doubt, or fear instead of moving with clarity.
The Chitta Self-Leadership Lab helps you slow down, see these patterns clearly, and learn how to respond rather than react to them in everyday life using a proven framework from Love not Fear Organisation.
This is a structured, eight week Self Leadership Meetup series hosted online. It is cohort based, not drop in. The same group meets weekly to build trust, depth, and continuity.
The core intention is learning to lead yourself with clarity, responsibility, and emotional steadiness. Not by pushing harder, but by understanding the patterns that quietly drive your choices. From fear to orientation. From reaction to response.
This Meetup is for people ready to commit to themselves. Not for hype. Not for quick fixes. For responsibility, clarity, and growth.
If this resonates, apply to join the eight week Self Leadership program – a proven framework by the Love not Fear organisation.

What We Will Work On (8-Week Journey):
Over eight weeks, we move through a clear progression. We explore stress and mindset patterns, clarify core values and direction, and translate insight into realistic planning and supportive habits. The focus is on working with emotional roadblocks and integrating what emerges into daily life.
The focus stays practical and grounded throughout.
What Makes This Different from Typical Meetups:
- Cohort-based, not drop-in
- Structured progression, not random topics
- Inner alignment first, productivity second
- Community accountability, not passive listening
My role as facilitator:
I facilitate the process, hold the structure, and guide inquiry. I do not position myself as a guru or motivator. My role is to help you see clearly, take responsibility, and translate insight into action through simple frameworks and reflection.
Possible effects:
- Greater self awareness and emotional steadiness.
- Clearer priorities and decision making.
- Reduced overwhelm and inner friction.
- A stronger sense of direction and agency.
- Support from a committed peer group.
