Clojure Berlin

Hello everyone,

Thanks to Red Pineapple Media for hosting us. Our program for this month will be:

• Just Like the Cow Jumped over the Moon. Input State and Control Flow in Re-frame Apps (Tibor Claassen)

As we all know, the single source of truth of any re-frame app is the global app-db. But extraordinary circumstances sometimes require extraordinary measures. Learn how to use dedicated synchronous input state to control the UI flow and to pull a ship over a mountain.

About the speaker: Coming from a background as an illustrator and designer Tibor dropped the pen in favor of a keyboard after discovering his passion for web development and programming at the dawn of the millennium. He loves functional programming and the concise expressiveness of Clojure and ClojureScript. In his free time he enjoys woodworking and going on motor boat trips with friends and family.
