Building connection with oneself and others

This workshop aims to provide a social space, networking opportunity, intercultural exchange, self help, life counseling, self-experience, guidance and support in times of change.

With certain methods and self-reflection we will shape a caring and active cooperation.

I've prepared a variety of topics for active listening, team cooperation, intercultural competence and conflict resolution. But we are also flexible to jump into topics you bring and would like to learn about in that area of communication and connection.

It is partly about learning but primarily to have fun together and connect with new people in the neighborhood.

It is important to bare in mind, that this is not a therapeutic setting for people with a diagnosed mental illness.
It is a requirement, that you bring along the capacity for empathy, listening, learning, self-responsability and an appreciative attitude towards divers human beings.

This workshop most likely will be in English to be open for people from abroad helping to connect divers people from different places together.
In case there are only German speakers, I am able to switch to German. I might also offer a German version if desired.

It takes place at the library in Hamburg Harburg. I have booked a room there. When you come into the foyer it is on the left.

Further dates will be: 4.5. and 1.6. then I'll take a summer break and start again on 7.9..
It is recommended to participate ongoing, as we will build on what we have learned in previous sessions and to deepen the connections. With that said, it is also possible to join in on single events. I'll help to include everybody.
