Donkey Coffee in Königswinter
Details
Hello, dear coffee lovers!
There's a lovely coffee shop inside a book and gift shop in Königswinter. As Königswinter is known for its donkeys that go up the Drachenfels mountain, this café naturally sells locally roasted Donkey Coffee, as well as little treats such as cakes and snacks. If you're looking for books or gifts too, this is the perfect place for you.
Let's explore this cosy place together this Sunday and enjoy some coffee. Afterwards, those who wish to can walk through the city centre or alongside the Rhine. Alternatively, we could continue to Bonn, as trams run quite frequently.
Trains RB27 and RE8 go straight from Cologne to Königswinter station. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the coffee shop. From the Bonn and Siegburg areas, tram 66 goes directly to the Königswinter Fähre station, which is also near the coffee shop. If you're coming by car, there is parking available almost around the corner at 'P5' or 'Parkplatz Drachenfelsstraße'.
We'll meet outside the coffee shop. If you're joining us later, just come inside — it'll be easy to find us. As the café is quite small, I'm afraid I'll have to keep the group a bit smaller this time.
If you need to contact me on the day of the event, please use this group's WhatsApp channel.
Please feel free to post any comments or questions here, or send me a private message.
Have a good time and see you in Königswinter!
