Welcome to the monthly Mindful Everyday Series! Every first Tuesday of the month.

As we go through life, we might find ourselves with wandering thoughts, while we do routine tasks and mundane things. Mindfulness can take us out of our head into the body; to experience what is happening right now and how greatly joyful and meaningful even small moments can be. To cultivate more mindfulness, why not start with the things we do everyday?

This month's topic: Mindful Movement

With a meditation focused on the awareness of our bodies followed with mindful movement we want to connect more deeply to our physical form that allows us to experience the world. Afterwards there is room to talk about our experience and connect via conversation.

Location: Fennpfuhl (Lichtenberg). You will receive the exact location when you sign up.
