Join for Dive Deeper, an immersive Authentic Relating workshop on Monday, February 24th, at 6:30 PM at La Casa del Corpo, Lagos. This evening is created for those who already have a deep appreciation for connection, self-awareness, and the beauty of fully meeting others in their truth.

This Session’s Theme: Desires

What do you truly desire? What hidden longings are waiting to be seen? And how can we embrace and communicate our desires in a way that fosters deeper connection rather than separation?

Through carefully guided Authentic Relating exercises, we will explore:
🌿 Bringing awareness to our desires—both spoken and unspoken.
🌿 Recognizing how we express, suppress, or misunderstand what we truly want.
🌿 Learning how to communicate our needs in a way that invites connection rather than fear or distance.
🌿 Meeting ourselves and others with courage, honesty, and curiosity.
This is not just a workshop—it’s a journey into deeper connection, a chance to meet others in their raw, beautiful authenticity and to explore the landscapes of our inner world together.
