Hello everyone,

I would like to invite you to a Qigong & Meditation session happening at Asana Ganesha in Stuttgart West on on Sunday 26th Oct.

We will begin with a gentle Qigong practice — slow, flowing movements designed to awaken the body, harmonize energy, and bring calm focus to the mind. Through conscious movement and breath, we connect with the life force (Qi), grounding ourselves in balance and vitality.

After this, we will move into a guided Meditation journey — entering a state of stillness and inner observation. Together, we’ll explore awareness of the body, breath, and heart, allowing space for peace, clarity, and renewal to emerge.

This practice supports both beginners and experienced practitioners, offering a nurturing space to reconnect with your inner stillness and recharge your energy.

This event has a limited attendence of 12 people.

The session is open to all — no prior experience needed. Simply come as you are, in comfortable clothing, ready to breathe, move, and find stillness.
