Über uns
Are you learning German but struggling to practice your speaking skills?
Our Conversational German group is here to help you practice real-life conversations in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Through role-play exercises, paired with learners at your level(no fear of making mistakes!), you will randomly draw prepared situation cards and engage in practical dialogues that simulate everyday situations, helping you speak more naturally, gain confidence, and improve fluency.
No textbooks. No pressure. Just real conversations!
Any level of proficiency in German is welcome, even absolute beginners.
WhatsApp group for discussion and announcements is shared at the event.
Disclaimer:
- I am not a native German speaker, my level is, at best, intermediate, so please don't expect me to teach or correct you. I am organizing this group because I need it myself in the first place.
- I create situation cards with the help of AI.

If you are a complete beginner, do come. There are usually 2-3 people at the A1-A2 level. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, talk about where you're from, where you work, what you like, and ask others the same. Prepare in advance. You can use, for example, https://chat.mistral.ai/chat to create a list of words and expressions that might be useful. Learn them. You can also print them out and bring them with you.
