Moin everyone! Come with us and discover the many possibilities of the Futtscherpfanne - also known as the Pförtchenpfanne! In this traditional pan, we bake small, round dough balls called "Förtchen" together, which we prepare sweet or savory. Förtchen is a traditional North German pastry. Whether with apple pieces, cinnamon and sugar or with cheese, herbs, fish and fresh vegetables. There will be a gluten free option as well. Just come and have fun.
