Let's cook: Tapas Around the World

Today, we'll make Tapas. It doesn't have to be spanish tapas, since there's something comparable in every other country too.
The goal is to have a table full of small dishes, no matter where they originate from. You can of course also do fusions or invent your own tapa :)
Doesn't matter if it's sweet, savoury, a dip, dough based, meaty, hot, cold... Anything goes!

Not really sure, how many different tapas we need, but somewhat around 2 or 3 small dishes per person might be a good direction.

So bringing whatever ingredients you need for your tapas and let's prepare them together. If it's something more complex you want to do you can of course prepare something beforehand.

It's probably helpful if you write a comment what you want to do so we don't have too many overlaps and also for more efficient ingredient buying / preparation.

I have a pretty standard household kitchen with ceramic hob, an oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils. So, if you don't want to got too crazy I should have us covered in that regard. If you need something very specific, it might be better to ask beforehand if I have it.
