👥 Small group — only 8 places

The Wild Page is a relaxed 2.5-hour art journalling workshop where you’ll explore paint, collage, doodling and mixed media to create layered, expressive pages.
Led by Harriet, art educator and creative coach, the session blends simple prompts and guided exercises with open creative time.
Think of it as an analogue reset before the week begins again — slowing down, making with your hands, and following curiosity on the page.
No art experience needed.

### What we’ll do

We begin with rhythmic mark-making and short doodle meditations to ease into creative flow and gently settle the mind.
Then we start building layers:
• paint creates a starting surface
• collage introduces new directions
• lines, marks and words appear and disappear
Pages may be folded, cut into or reworked so the surface keeps evolving.
The process is responsive rather than planned. Instead of aiming for a finished result, you follow what sparks interest and see where the page leads.

### What you’ll take away

• a set of richly layered journal pages
simple prompts and techniques you can continue using at home
• a sense of creative reset and renewed curiosity

***

### Materials

Please bring an art journal (A5 or larger, ideally 140gsm paper or thicker).
If you don’t have one yet, you can start one during the session using the A3 mixed-media paper provided.
