Digital disruption strongly affects the daily business of automotive players and has transformed interactions with customers. In order to stay relevant and make the right offer, at the right time and using the right communication channel, an automotive client has started a Next Best Offer/Action program. This session will talk about the joint journey and key lessons learned from a business but also IT perspective and will cover:

• How we helped the client on getting form ideas to actual data/analytics product that can be easily industrialized in the client markets
• Analytics & Data components to enable success @ speed and @ scale on a Cloud Platform
• Importance of thinking end to end making recommendations actionable and harvest direct customer feedback
