A getting-started social event to make plans

Thank you to IXDS (https://www.ixds.de) who have offered to host our first meetup! We will sort out some cheap drinks. Come meet up with old science hacking pals, or meet new ones. We'll be collecting ideas and suggestions for how to organise our future meetups.
