it´s our utmost pleasure to unveil the speakers for our next 12min.me expat event on the 14th of December at mantro.

The event will be held in English. All other procedures are expected to stay unaltered thus you can expect inspiring 12mins talks, 12 mins of striking questions and 12mins of networking, drinking and meeting cool people.

„12 min you -or- how to change the world with collaboration“

13 years ago, some entrepreneurs gathered with a vision to bring people together with a common purpose: building a just world that works for everyone. Today, this group of people has grown to 17000 members in more than 100 Impact Hubs in the world to bring that vision into life.

An ecosystem based in a physical infrastructure creates an experience that proves that businesses can and should be built to serve people and planet. This is what we do every day in the Impact Hub Munich. It is only possible because of the many committed individuals- be it an entrepreneur, an artist, a programmer or a campaigner- that are part of our community.

In this Talk, Linda Richter, Co-Entrepreneur of the Impact Hub, likes to explore the “why” with you. What does that mean? Find it out!

Linda is 31 years old, a trained florist, an economist and fantasy novel enthusiast.

Marcus Tandler, also known as Mediadonis, is Co-Founder and Managing Director at Ryte – an award-winning SaaS Tech-StartUp with the mission to help webmasters make better websites. Marcus started working in the SEO industry about 20 years ago and has just recently been honored as "European Search Personality of the Year 2017" at the renowned European Search Awards in Krakow.

He’s a regular speaker at various conferences around the world such as TEDx, LeWeb, The Next Web, SMX and O’Reilly’s web2.0expo. He got lectureships at the University of Applied Sciences Erding, the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, the University of Applied Sciences Munich and the University of Applied Sciences Salzburg, teaching students how to excel in Online Marketing. Marcus
was also invited to speak at in-house events @ Google, Microsoft, Facebook et.al.

Katiane Di Schiavi (Team Lead & IT Project Manager United Nations Volunteers)

„Online volunteering - the power of helping others”

Katiane reflects on her childhood in Brazil. She gets confronted by her memories as she travels back to Latin America. During her sabbatical, she decides to help others.

Katiane takes us through her journey from denial to acceptance, from acceptance to action. She made the decision to contribute to the cause of children education the best way she can: through online volunteering, bringing the technology and education worlds closer together.

Katiane is a passionate writer, speaker and engaged volunteer.

She believes that the world changes for the better when children have access to quality education. To that effect she leads a team with the mission to build a digital world where children can freely access educational content.
