1) Tim Kahle, Director of 169 Labs GmbH, Co-Founder ALL ABOUT VOICE " How we created the best performing Kids Skills in Germany"
Especially the creation of kids skills requires laser-focussed use cases and to challenge former design approaches and value propositions. Creating voice UX for kids is not only fun, it helps to remind ourselves that simplicity is key – not only for the youngest generation. A user interface that is foolproof for an 8yo will also work for an 80yo. We’ll share how we created outstanding voice applications for kids with delightful happy paths and super smart strategies on how to recover conversation that took a different turn than we expected.

2) Lars Schalkwijk, Senior Sound Architect at VUI.agency: "Which principles from game-based learning can help creating an engaging Kids Skill?"
The best way to reach children is of course via games! This makes learning fun and keeps them motivated. To be honest, this is still the same for adults, isn´t it? This is why principles of game-based learning are already successfully applied in app design. The question remains what we can transfer from app design for adults to voice design for children? We´re excited to share insights on principles from game-based learning and how we have applied them to create an enchanting kids’ skill.
