Field Notes is a series of small, slow gatherings designed to help you tune inward - through visualisation, journaling, and intentional conversation. Hosted in a warm, home-based setting with tea, and soft light, this space invites you to slow down, reconnect, and realign.
About the Series: Overflow
This 3-part visualisation-led coaching series is a quiet, potent journey inward - designed to help you move from depletion to purposeful presence. Each session blends guided visualisation, reflection, and intentional action to support clarity, energy, and alignment.
Week 3: The Overflowing Self
Theme: Expression & Aligned Action
Focus: Who you become when your cup is full - and how you move through life from overflow
Outcome: A personal vision for living and creating from wholeness, rooted in alignment and enoughness
What to Expect
- Guided visualisation + gentle breathwork
- Reflective journaling prompts
- Optional group sharing
- Tea, and a supportive, no-pressure space
Who’s Holding the Space
Tash - Coach, guide, and facilitator.
Tash supports people in reconnecting with themselves through imagination, reflection, and intentional action. Her sessions blend emotional depth with practical frameworks, helping people move from autopilot to alignment. She believes that imagination is not escape — it’s a blueprint for transformation.

Please note: this is a women and LGBTQIA+ friendly space.
To prioritise safety and comfort as these sessions are currently held in my home - this event is not open to cis men at this time.
In future, based on interest and capacity, I may offer sessions in public spaces where the invitation can be more open.
