As the owners say themselves, (Join InterNations to see the final location) was born out of a love for Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. The color red appears in both flags and holds profound significance:

• in the Japanese flag, red represents the sun, radiating energy, warmth, and strength,
• in Vietnam, red signifies the blood shed in the struggle for independence and freedom, symbolizing courage and a fighting spirit.
  With this background, (Join InterNations to see the final location) aims to be more than just a restaurant. They want to unite the histories of two nations into a shared story, creating a culinary experience that leaves a lasting impression.
