Heidelberg Hike: Kaiserstuhl, Schloss (11 km, 460 hm)

We're going to the hill overlooking Heidelberg and the palace / Schloss on the same hill. If you want to have an easy hike, you can take the tram up to the hill. Otherwise, this is a medium difficulty hike with a length of around 9.5 km plus an optional walk through the old town.

Getting there:

• From Karlsruhe Hbf: take RE73 departing 10:12 from track 8.
• Let's meet in Heidelberg Hbf in front of the bookshop after arrival (10:51).
• Coming by car? Please join us at Heidelberg Hbf or Bismarckplatz.

What to bring:

• water and snacks
• weather-appropriate clothing
• sturdy shoes
